  NO LISTING OR PURCHASE IS REQUIRED TO ENTER. NO PURCHASE, PAYMENT OR MEMBERSHIP OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN THIS SWEEPSTAKES.

Participation constitutes entrant's full and unconditional agreement to and acceptance of these Official Rules. “Watch.Vote.Win” Daily Sweepstakes ("Sweepstakes") will begin at 12:00am Eastern Time ("ET") on September 29, 2008 and end at 11:59pm ET on November 30, 2008 ("Sweepstakes Period"). Sweepstakes is sponsored by Brandport, Inc., 2 Davis Drive, Research Triangle Park, North Carolina, 27709 (the Sponsor").

Eligibility: The Sweepstakes is open to all legal U.S. residents, age 13 or older at time of entry, that reside in the continental United States. The participant must be a Brandport member. If not already a Brandport member, participant can enroll as one by going to www.spotwinner.com; there are no costs to join and no obligations of membership. Employees and families (spouse, children, siblings, parents, and their respective spouses or persons living in the same household of each of those listed) of Sponsor and its respective parent company, subsidiaries, affiliates, franchisees, licensees, dealers and their respective employees, brokers and sales associates and advertising and promotional agencies are not eligible to participate in the Sweepstakes. All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply. If it is found that a person who does not meet the eligibility criteria set forth in these rules has submitted an entry, that entry will be deemed ineligible and any prize awarded shall be revoked. Void in Puerto Rico, the U.S. Virgin Islands, U.S. Military installations in foreign countries, and where prohibited, taxed or restricted by law. 

How to Enter: Enter by simply completing the Brandport online Sweepstakes registration form located http://www.spotwinner.com and completing one ad on the My Ads page. Entrants will be required to enter name, age, address (including zip code), phone number, and e-mail address. All entries must be received by 11:59pm ET on November 30, 2008.  Only one entry per ad per person is allowed. Incomplete entries, or those containing incorrect information, will be voided. Use of any automated system to submit entries is prohibited and will result in disqualification of all such entries as well as the entrant. By participating in this Sweepstakes, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sweepstakes Administrator. All entries become the property of the Sponsor and may not be acknowledged or returned.

Internet Limitations of Liability: If for any reason this Sweepstakes is not capable of running as planned due to infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the control of the Sponsor which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Sweepstakes, the Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, and to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Sweepstakes in whole or in part, at any time, without notice and award the prizes using all non-suspect eligible entries received as of or after (if applicable) this termination or suspension date. Sweepstakes Entities assume no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to, or alteration of, entries. Sweepstakes Entities are not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or telephone lines, computer on-line systems, servers, or providers, computer equipment, software, failure of any e-mail or entry to be received by Sponsor on account of technical problems, human error or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any Website, or any combination thereof, including any injury or damage to participant's or any other person's computer relating to or resulting from participation in this Sweepstakes or downloading any materials in this Sweepstakes. CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEBSITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE SWEEPSTAKES IS A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, THE SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES OR OTHER REMEDIES FROM ANY SUCH PERSON (S) RESPONSIBLE FOR THE ATTEMPT TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. In the event of a dispute as to the identity of a winner based on an e-mail address, the declared winning entry will be the authorized account holder of the e-mail address submitted at time of entry. "Authorized account holder" is defined as the natural person who is assigned to an e-mail address by an Internet access provider, on-line service provider or other organization (e.g., business, educational, institution, etc.) that is responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address.
